| Probably the last post for FSII, pretty sure I'll be ready to move on to FSIII after this.
Anyways, I've been following ninja's walk-through.
Got tons of RBs, beat Xannel, KOU, Progenitor...
Now I just wanted to wrap up the game so I finished all the arcs. But the guideline says there's a secret arc that can be played after you finish all the other character arcs. Who do I need to talk with in order to start this? | |

| Uhhhhhhhhh, I don't see anyone.
I remember talking to a FSIII character when I got to the City of Time for the first time, but he disappeared after saying something that I don't remember. He was a red haired guy with the android thingy on his ear.
The fact that I don't see anyone in City of Time means that I have some arc incomplete? Though I'm pretty sure I did all of them. When I talk with the characters in the base they all have the "Let's go somewhere" option.
Some of the characters didn't get the ultimate skills because I didn't have the skills required to get them.
Does this even matter? | |
