[NEW] Massive Forum Change

-Alright, now that I'm an admin, I've begun my evil reign of terror. Mua ha ha ha ha!! A HA HA HA HA ha dsfg *coughcoughcough* *spits up hairball* Alright, sorry about that..
-Anyway, I've made a bunch of changes to the forum, so I need your guys's opinion on what I've done!

• PORTAL: moved the visitor map here, deleted navigation box, added cool cursor, changed sister site box to take up less space and have bigger banner (If anybody would like to become an affiliate PM me I will add you!)
  
• Moved chatbox to the bottom of the page (see this thread)
  
• Added mini-toolbar to the top of the forum page w/ quick download link
  
• Changed some of the forum descriptions
  
• Slightly changed administrator color and other minor changes that won't interest you..

Alright, now the main forum changes!

• Questions and Helpdesk have been merged
  
• Final Story Official has been merged with Final Story News
  
• Final Story Tactics is a subforum of Final Story News, and I deleted the other Tactics forum (since Zeru will not be updating this game, at least I think not, it's really only a one time release so no point in having a huge forum for it)
  
• Graphics has been merged into Pictures
  
• Advertising and Technical were pretty much unused, so I've moved them into a hidden forum (so ppl can keep their uber post count, or in case we put them back later...)
  
• Final Fantasy, Maple Story, and Other Games has been moved into the Chat section
  
• Suggestions and Bug Report has been moved into the Final Story Section
  
• Final Story Official and the General section have been deleted

As is, although I've managed to clean up the forums quite a bit by merging and deleting alot of redundant sections, it's kind of stuffed up now. Here's some more changes I'm considering making, tell me what you think:

• Merging screenie section into general section (only like 10 posts anyway)
  
• Changing arena application into apply by PM (and put the guidelines in final story news), since we don't really need a forum for it
  
• Deleting Maple Story and Final Story sections (kind of unused), or moving them into a bin so people can keep post count xD

Other than that, I think that we can add back another forum category/section to hold a few forums but not sure exactly how to organize it. Or is it okay like it is now? Seems a bit stuffed up to me :p

Wowwww, im surprised how clogged up the forums were. You really did a good job merging everything. One piece of advice, maybe you could like put what sections were merged to form what section so people could navigate better? Also, im assuming you'll be taking Zeru's place until he comes back once he leaves on the 28th?

Umm, well it's pretty straightforward. I mean for example there is a section called "Questions & Help"... Gee, I wonder what that is xD
Plus the descriptions pretty much sum everything up. I don't think people will have trouble.

And not really, I mean Zeru doesn't really do any work on the forums anyway, so :p

Yup thats right, I just organize a few pieces of it, the other half are cody and antlan, anyway I am trying to release this version in less than a week before I leave, and sigh... a 14 hour ride airplane!! I am going to die before I get there =_=

The maplestory cursor.. used to only be on the home page but now it's on the portal too! =D
BTW if you send me a meteo banner I can put it up under sister sites =)

Well I asked like a month and a half ago or something and Zeru said no.. And then a bit later I asked again. And he still said maybe in a little bit xD
And then finally I just asked I told him if he makes me an admin I will re-organize the forums a bit so he said okay =)

Zeru deals with the banners.. And not much he can do, that's what it looks like after being rotated.

Section changed back to normal. Moderators can open topics here too.
