Of course, otherwise everyone would always hit the same damage xD And then everybody would go for a balanced build. Oh and just a hint, if you go pure STR Zeru or Royke then let's say you run out of MP, your regular attack will be way stronger than if you went dex builds or balanced. Keep in mind stuff like that. | |

That's because the other posts are a month old xD In v0.16, which just came out a few days ago there is an upgrade skill for Royke, called Drizzle Arrow; mob skill. If you want mob skills for Royke you need to go for DEX. And of course, don't know how far you've gotten but if you're past Ice Temple.. - Spoiler:
Transformations for all characters have some sort of mob skill, and to the best of my knowledge transformation skills aren't affected by regular stats.

uh but transformation boosts stats so when i fought Saxer and night for the second time
(i didnt save -.-) i used VL7 instead of ice beam or the other one, it hits more for me o.o
