Advice on how to beat tz2?

Equipment:

Ice cloaks
Fully upgraded final weapons
Zhelms


I've attempted to fight him many times but his spirit heals 30k health and keeps draining my SR so I can't make use of my Final Weapon Soul Rage moves. Is hitting his spirit until he has no more MP to heal the only way to beat him?

If there is a more efficient method to beat him, it would be much appreciated if you posted it :)

I LIKE FISHING FOR FISHES

*Hint*
Ask the fastest to share food that will make the party mad, spirit always attacks first therefore decreasing SR first.

Ok I used a whole lot of furious fish but i did beat them. Thanks!

Get at least 10 mad fish
Hit the invisible spirit first
After u get the magic wall, and better if hp healed
Confuse that spirit
After confusing, use 1 round to eat 3 mad fish
And Serene should heal or use magic wall
In 2nd round it got confused,
Use your ultimate SR!! (99 ??? of the ??? dragon, final upgrade=100% SR needed)
He should die because 100k dmg is so crazy (u should shave a bit of its hp first though)
And do the same for that ??? dude person
Be careful though,
He will use ice strike once the hp is nearly half, and ice strike=frozen=game over >:(


Items/skills recommended:
Magic wall (nath skill)
Party heal (2 is better, u should get lvl 1 from final dungeon)
Ice cape (aka ice cloak, optional IF U WANT TO DO AN EXPERIMENT FOR US THIS IS 100% WORK)
[ice cape makes ice strike less hurt ]
Zhelm
Divine armor [optional]
Sentinal shield [optional]

There r 3 crazy skills that can pwn all dark order members so easily
(dont except Serene's skill to be super useful)
Zeru: fire element attack, group, 8k dmg
Atalan: ice element attack, group, freeze
Serene: hyper body (except it CAN MISS and doesnt add maxMP, useless in my view since i got HP increase)
Royke: lighting element attack, group, paralyze

what i did and that you CAN do is:
kill the dude first (dont worry bout the 30k heal, furious fish) just keep bashin until he's 0
as for the 30k heal, just ignore it :D
while thats happening, the spirit is losing it's mp
you CAN try to confuse (i didnt)
once again, bash away

Note: watch a tv show / anime with split-screen action to pass the time
