Zeru should actually put FS under Creative Commons as non-commercial and non-modifiable. So hacking would be legally illegal. Or for any issue with Wizet or anyone claiming to have done it, just legal stuff.

It's free and really easy, just go to the website: Creative commons (It says Canada because I entered the page from a Canadian IP but you can change it) and fill in the stuff. Also you would have to edit the thread saying it's under Creative Commons and it is non-commercial and non-modifiable.

This doesn't make your game un-suable. It just legally states that is non-commercial and it can't be modified. Private servers have been clearly stated in Nexon's page that it is illegal... that's why many of them were shut down: OdinMS case is the best example.

You didn't know? They were sued and Nexon even involved a moderator of the forum (lol)
