From the aquarium, there could be like a MAIN QUEST FOR THE WATER CRYSTAL! :O From aquarium, there could also be a connection to Mu - Lung, or someplace where there is another temple! :D

How about a optional quest where you get a boot, but it says ??? boot or whatever. The boot could be like... a special shop that can only be seen at night or something like the night shops. :D It could sell like.. Fish, but it would be costly. I wouldn't like to get it early in the game though, somewhere around the middle would be nice. :D

I can't really say, since I just saw a picture of it and not the full thing (like quests, the PQ, etc.)
I would actually find not so appealing to see a town/place called Neo Tokyo in a game like FS. But then again, I just plainly dislike futuristic stuff, so that can make me biased.
