then you can move 1month old topics there
and people cant post on them.

To be honest, just the sound of it makes me want to procrastinate it... but I think that isn't really needed, not that many people necropost on threads that we need such a system.

still it does sound like a good idea,...
just dont delete the threads to early, and if i remember right necro posting is allowed in certain occasions. like a walkthrough for a temple and someone cant do something he is allowed to ask a question, right

Nah, besides, curious people might want to look what the forum used to talk about and stuff. I haven't been in any forum that does this... well, except BasilMarket but they have a bot that randomly deletes really old threads. They also have a much much bigger community and there is a new thread every 5 minutes or so.

DANG... that would be a lot of threads.....

but if the curious people decide to necro post, or they didn't know about the ruld ( like me when I joined) that might cause a problem...

It's kind of common sense to not comment something that hasn't been disturbed, or so to say, for a year or more.
