i dont use a proxy, i live in canada. but yea if i played kms or something i would.
just google good free proxy on google or something :D
buying a new pc would require you to get a job.

in my intenet options,..
so now i just need to know what an american IP is,... anyone mind sharing his IP ?

It doesn't work that way... if you change it you won't be able to access the Internet since you won't have authorization from your Internet provider, plus IP's are unique so you can't use the same IP twice. When an IP-tracker site can't find an IP I use XKCD's map of the Internet: http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/map_of_the_internet.jpg I even got the poster for that comic! :D

I think he means use his IP and do illegal stuff... or rather obviously illegal stuff.

no i mean if someone passes me his amercan IP ill change last 2 numbers or something so i can play WK and you dont get trouble,...

They could still get in trouble because it is in the same group. Those groups are assigned to each router and unless you are able to send a Wi-Fi signal all the way to Netherlands using satellite dishes (Long-range Wi-Fi) and the signal miraculously remains uncorrupted by microwaves or other Wi-Fis networks, you can't use it. It is as I said before, you can't just change IPs that way. Your router is assigned an "IP Group" and you can only use that/those IPs until your Internet provider reassigns an IP. Sometimes changing IPs can be forced by disconnecting for about 10 minutes but nowadays (at least in Canada) it doesn't work anymore. Although that also depends on your Internet provider.
