gms's IP ban is only on the site, so eu players cant register.
but they can log on to an account that has atleast 1 char on it.
but in WK i noticed even with an account that has 1 char on it,
im not allowed to log in, but i got passes that already.

well yea ive almost leveled to 44 on wk :D

try getting game-booster, it closes all unnecessary programs, at your request, and allows your pc to run faster, no idea where to get it though, friend did it for me

It didn't affect me... you could just turn off all the things like Skype, and msn and the useless in game stuff...
