Battle speed slider + others

yes, what i'm suggesting sounds like something out of final fantasy. get over it.
well yea, what i'm wondering is if we'd able to put in a slider that changes how fast the battles go, simple as that (yes, this really is something out of final fantasy. FF VII to be exact.)
and while i'm here, there's 2 other things i'd like to suggest:
more town scrolls OR rocks/scrolls that warp us to a town dungeon.
speed boots as described in my other post here
if i think up anything else i may add here, but for now, this is all i got.

I need to see if I can do the slider thing, I'm already planning to make scrolls and speed boots from a loong chain of quests.

I don't believe the slider thing is possible. The only things that comes to my mind is using the command normally only available when testing. I believe if you press F 6 while testing (not the exported/compressed version) the frame rate increases along with the game speed. But I have no idea how to implement that to battle only.

that sounds.. extremely complicated?? o-o
