Mountain Standard Time:(GMT -5): 8PM Friday August 13
Central Standard Time (GMT -6): 7PM Friday August 13
Pacific Standard Time (GMT -7): 6PM Friday August 13

Edit: I just noticed, I did the calculations as if the Earth was rotating the other way... so the tournament will be at night for most of us, and Friday. Damn... this had been one of my biggest fails recently.

We need more than one room since there are more than 10 people (with judges and spectators included).
I suggest you make 2 rooms. One where the match is happening, and one where people hang out and stuff. In the room where the match is happening, there should be 5 people and the other 5 spectators (if there are any) should be selected in an organized manner. For example, we should select people who want to/will spectate each match and try to make it as balanced as possible. Also, everyone participating in the tournament should be in FS's chatbox so everyone can communicate even if they're not in the same room.
After a match is over, one judge (I suggest shadowfluxx) should be/go in the other room and call over the next contestants and the last match's contestants should go back to the other room unless he was chosen to spectate the next match.

The judges should agree on a time to meet so we can organize who watches what. I suggest it is done as soon as possible so the spectators can make sure what they will watch or if they want to trade.

But just to make sure, anyone that wants to spectate a battle should post saying so, otherwise it's best if you don't so other people who do want to spectate are able to do so. When the schedule is read (regarding spectators) it will be posted here so anyone that does not want to spectate a match can trade with others.

Finally, let me say that there will be only 5 spaces available for each match, do not hate on the judges if you are not able to watch a match you want to (final match for example). For this reason, I suggest that every match is recorded and posted on the tournament's thread so people who miss something can watch it.

This will be hard to moderate... I can't even imagine what it would be like if there were 25+ people.

nice idea meta, but im wondering whats the max amount of ppl that can spectate without creating lagg for the ppl that are fighting

A hamachi room can support 16 people. So I guess it depends on specators.

but there wot be lag in the match wit like 5+ ppl watching ?

well isnt it if their spectating and have a bad connection they dc instead of making the people lag?? just a guess though dunno if its right or not
