Job Advance?

Like you job advance at level 30/70 and get a few more skills.
It would proble be hard to add that into finalstory 2 but finalstory 3 maybe?

Wasn't there a topic saying that Zeru wasn't going to do Finalstory III?

No. Zeru said it himself. Somewhere... I think... He said the characters WILL NOT job advance.... it might change in FS II or higher versions (if he makes them). YOU RANK UP YOUR SKILLS NOW to get more better skills in the future. Here's some advice, use the GUIDES section in this FOURMS to check which SKILLS can be RANKED. :D Some skills also require you to talk to an npc.

Yeah but there isn't a guide showing how many times you need to use this skill to get this skill

I think there is a guide like that shows How many times bla bla... Also, it really doesn't matter, because while you are using it, you earn them.. you know.

Most skills in FSII don't upgrade, you get most of them by getting skill books and giving them to NPCs. But yes, it would be pretty cool if there was some kind of job advancement, it would increase the RPG aspect since you would be able to choose classes for each character as well as their skills.

I wouldn't say it's solved... at least not until Zeru makes a comment about it; so I'll just leave it open for a while.

Not really, it's just that it would bother me to just leave my opinion on this as a fact. I have no idea how the game has been planned or what features will be added or which ones will not, all I'm doing is just posting guess on the matter.

I think job advancement would make the game better

maybe. i kinda agree. but i think of it as this.
zeru and his buddies are godly second jobbers while the fs2 cast
are godly 1st jobbers.

I think I am one of those lurkers now, I read but don't post.
Anyway I think its possible to do something like that, but first Im dealing with the party switch system and the endings at the moment, plus I would need to change the skills plus when they transform in which it makes it more complicated. As for jobs just switch your party members.
