Stat guide and beginner equip guide(zeru/antlan/serene/ and royke) COMPLETE

Ok, so I have been encouraged by some people in the forum to make this guide (Before and some new people). I don't have any contributors yet besides meta and those people who I look at their guides(if I really need to). Currently contributions are Metawe because of his own little stat guide and his grammar fixing, I'll just add on paragraphs of his stat guide and Kilofall with his work for the characters. Thank you~!
Here comes the wall of text, be aware!

Stat guide Zeru
full str guide (Easiest)
Zeru: Zeru's full str guide is generally very good. (Recommended to beginners) Why? Most of his skills are on STR, besides the slash blast skill tree. Also, his normal attack damage will be enhanced by lots; this is good because he has less MP compared to other characters. However, Zeru misses a lot when he has this build. Missing results in MP loss/waste and there is no damage to your opponent. However, you wouldn't miss twice in a row, I assure you that much.
Pros
1.You do much more damage
2.There are more STR skills than DEX skills
3.Your normal attack will be useful once MP and SR ran out

Cons
1.No strong mob attack
2.Terrible accuracy
overall: pretty good, just bad accuracy and no mob atack. But besides that, very strong damage

Full DEX guide(very challenging)
Zeru's full DEX guide is horrible, just horrible. The only thing good is that it guarantees that you will never miss. It will also strengthen his mob attacks , and enhance his normal attack damage less then STR. This means the DEX build's normal attack is WAY weaker than STR build. The only skills you have are slash blasts and soul rages.
Pros
1.Stronger mob attacks
2.More accuracy
3.Faster at getting skill
Cons
1.Less damage
2.Normal attack is useless
3.Less skills to choose from

Mixed This one is challenged(slightly)
Mixed builds: Recommended one(high STR,low DEX) Don't try to go for half and half because that is very BAD. Your Zeru will be weaksauce and almost completely useless and will be used as a healer. Now, high STR and low DEX is pretty good. The low DEX is only meant to increase accuracy, nothing more. AT the beginning, do not add any DEX, because you will have no skills, and DEX will be very pointless. Start adding when you become warrior around level 10. When you are around level 25, you should have your DEX at 75 or a little higher. When you are at 40 or higher, you should have around 100 or maybe even 125 on DEX. Having it 100 is probably best, because you get to do slightly weak to decent damage with mob skills, have good accuracy, and still do high damage with STR attacks. The only negative about this is that it will be weaker than a full STR build, skills will probably be weakened by as much as 1.5k or less(very later in the game) and maybe 750-250 less (in somewhere around the early parts of the game).

Pros
1.Still have good damage(for all str attacks) than dex build and dex attacks for str build.
2.Better accuracy than str build
3.Somewhat balanced in damage

Cons
1.weaker skills/attacks
2.Might be used as healer
3.Must have good skills upgraded early to deal a lot of damage
Overall=decent to good. Neutral pluses and minuses should be used for a little challenge

Equip guide
The dashes are meant to be for what to get next (I'll edit this once I get more info)
Weapon: Sword-sabre-final weapon(I believe that's what I had in my old file) DON'T get long sword, it's a waste of money.
Armor: White shirt-Dark Steel Plate-ice cape or that dark cloth-divine armor (Don't get the normal steel one, it's good but way worse than dark one)
Shield-none-wooden shield(you can make this if you want)-sentinel shield(if you want)-Shenarian or time shield
Helmet-none- divine circlet(if you want to)-Zak helm
Zeru gets a new type of soul rage when you get sabre(cause he's a beast Zeru the admin), which in earlier parts will do around 1.2k through 1.6k damage; which is fairly decent, stronger than all his skills until he gets double over slash or final strike. Which by then you probably have final weapons.

Stat Guide Antlan

DEX build*credits for shadow's save file*
Antlan's DEX build is fine. The stats damage will apply to stab skills. Good thing about Antlan is which ever stats you pick, they both have mobs and solo. There are pros and cons for these
Pros
1.You have better accuracy(Antlan misses a lot too with LUK build)
2.You have more skills for DEX(I believe)
3.You get mob attack sooner
Cons
1.You lack superior strength on mob attack (shadow slash is your last mob attack, raining star does more damage)
2. You have less speed and avoidability with this build. Antlan will still be fast, but slower than Serene if you have her LUK build. (Some bosses are slower than Serene but not by much, so before you can attack he can attack you first; which is bad because if you plan to heal with soul rage and he attacks you and die, you just waste phoenix feather and 100% soul rage.)
3.Weaker solo attacks at early and later on
Overall=good, has a little more + then -.

Luk build
I personally like this build better, because it just has more pluses.
Antlan's luk build is pretty good. The stats apply the damage for star skills. Lucky seven will do much as 500 damage when you first start if you put full LUK. By level 25 you will hit 1k with lucky 7. With very lucky 7 you will hit around 1.3-1.8k around level 25.(less if your level is lower or stats are lower) You can get drizzling star which will do around 1k around level 17. When you are level 25 you'll do around 1.1-14k. With Triple throw at around level 17 you will do 1.8-2.1k and around level 25 it will be 2.3-2.7. Basically, you have stronger solo attacks, and also get mob attack just a little late then shadow stab. Drizzling star actually does a little more than shadow stab 1.
Pros
1.Stronger skills period
2.Has better avoidability(which means you take no damage and the boss or enemy wastes MP and a turn) and speed.
3.Goes first which is good for soul raging so you don't get hit before you do soul rage.
cons
1.Gets skills slower and there are less star skills
2.Have less accuracy
Overall-pretty good, more pluses then -, does better damage, and worth the waiting(for skills).

Mixed do either high DEX or high LUK. Don't do half half. Half and half will have both type skills, but weak. So it's not smart to do. I would go for high luk and low DEX. Dex to add accuracy and enhance stab skill damage, and high LUK for higher damage skills. Your triple throw would still hit around 2k, so don't worry too much, but it really depends on how much you put LUK and how much you put DEX.
I won't put pros and cons for this, but if you guys want, I'll edit later.

Equip guide Dash mean what to get next
Weapon : Noob claw(forgot the name)-mythril claw-final weapon (don't get garnier, it is a waste)
Shield : None-wooden shield-sentinel shield(if you want) -time/shenarian. (make sure you have wooden shield because Antlan has little HP/weak defense)
Helmet : None-headband(maybe)-circlet(you should get it, antlan has especially weak defense against lyn)-Zak helmet
Armor : White shirt-dark night-ice cape-divine armor (do not get the cheaper one than dark night, it's a waste.)
Mythril claw will be good for the rest of the game until the final weapon, deals so much more damage than garnier and noob claw.

Serene builds

luk build

Serene's luck build is the easiest of all to use. Her luk stats will apply to healing and slash magics. This build is mainly focused on healing, nothing more. Serene can be a backup fighter using multi slash and magic slash, but that's about it. Also, buffs like hp increase and mp increase is also effected postively by luk. This build will let you have heal 1 over 1k when you are around lvl 30, and heal 2 over 2k. heal 3 I did not get yet, but it would probabbly do 3.5k healing. You really don't need heal 3 unless you have mix or int build which would be a great heal. This also gives better avoid and speed

Pros
1. enchanced heal/buff effects/ and slash attacks
2.better avoid and speed
3.more skills to rely on
4.will have mob attack(multi slash) quicker than int build
5. uses less mp on heal (because you don't really need heal 3 unlike other builds which will need for full healing)
cons
1.weak damage on skills
2.I think(worse accuracy)
That's it, and no doubt about it, this build has a lot of pluses. probably one of the best builds.

Int build
Serene's int build's purpose it to only deal great amount of damage. In this case, the healer can be anyone or self healing. Royke would be used for healer until he gets arrow rain/strafe, or zeru because his skills are kind of weak till final strike. This is not a good idea unless youwant challenge. beginners should use luck build. Serene however can deal quite a lot of damage once she gets her vortex skills,solo and mob. She'll be hitting 3k+ damage when you first get it. Or if weaker 2.5k+. If serene will be used as a healer too, serene will need heal 3 to make a full heal to others.

pros
1.deals much more damage
2.increases accuracy(maybe)
cons
1.healing sucks
(need to have heal 2 or heal 3 to do decent healing)
2.buffs sucks
3.slow and no avoid.
4. weak skills at beginning
5.less skills to rely on
this has a lot of -s, if you want serene to be attacker follow this guide.

mixed
my recommended build(high luk or high int)
half and half will do decent, you would probably use heal 2 earlier to fully heal and later on heal 3. You do decent damage with vortex, the solo ones do like 2.5k when you are on your 40's. heal 2 would do somewhere around 1.25k
heal 1 would do 500-700. heal 3 would be 1.75k to 2k+ (i dont know)
high luk: still have good healing, does decent to good damage with the slashes and does decent damage with vortex attacks.
high int:does strong damage with vortex skills, slightly enchanced healing abilities to do decent healing.

equip guide
weapon : noob staff-final weapon(for luk build), or noob staff-12k staff(forgot the name)-final weapon
helmet : nothing-circlet(if you want)-zak helm
armor : noob armor-black split (don't get the cheaper one because it's a waste)-ice cape-divine armor
shield : none-wooden shield(must have)-sentinel shield(if you want)-shenerian/time shield
serene doesn't need another staff because she is the healer mostly and do weak damamge anyway, so just go with noob or get the 12k one if you want to and then go get final weapon. You should't think about attacking with serene unless you have int or high int build.

NOTE: alright, sorry I was a lot late with this. I suddenly had more work coming up and couldn't finish.I've seen the poll and I'm glad some people voted for bad choices. I wanted honest choices, and I will do better if I get to do other guides. I don't think I have time to play fs2, but I will try.

Royke builds

Dex build

Royke's dex build is probably the best one to choose. If you are playing this game first time just go for dex. In the beginning it will do fairly a lot of damage. probably around 2nd highest. The bad thing is, royke gets his star the latest and his SR sucks. But having complete dex covers most of this. It gives royke total accuracy, (guranteed to hit about 99% hit all the time) and good damage on dex skills. His dex skill tree, which are double shot, triple shot, strafe, drizzling shot or arrows, and raining arrows. Dex build will be really good once you get strafe and/or raining arrows. It provides good solo and good mob.

pros
1.BEST ACCURACY
2.It is good for both mob and solo.
3.It has more Dex skills

cons
1.it's safe to say it has weaker solo attack

That's it. Dex build just dominates all other builds.

Str build

Str build is a little harder. Since it doesn't have any mob attack(I believe), it is going to suck because zeru is ganna suck for mob if he is on str, and the only mob killer will be your antlan which sometimes will not be enough. However, on bosses royke can dominate on damage. His best move ragnorok, can dish out easy 8.5k+ at level 40+.
However at beginning, the str skills will suck for you. The best thing you can get at somewhere around beginning is meteor arrow. meteor arrow skills are however, easy to upgrade to. So after you get meteor arrow you should do great amount of damage.
pros
1. better solo
2. dominating damage

cons
1. miss more
2. no strong mob damage
3. weak skills at beginning

mixed builds
Half and Half will do decent. dealing literally 1.5x less than full builds. This however won't be good. Since you are half str and half dex, your strafe will probably only do 1.5k less around ragnorok. Makes the ending part pointless. But in early, once you get strafe your damage will still be good. High str-low dex is for accuracy add and mob attack stregthening. This is better, still dominating with high damage and adding some more accuracy and strengthening mob attacks. Raining arrows can help antlan kill those annoying mobs. High dex-low str is pretty much pointless. If you have low str, your ragnorok would do same damage as your strafe or even weaker. The only pros for this is stronger normal attack which I don't use at ALL.

equip guide

weapon-noob bow-composite bow(because you won't find anything better than this until final weapon)- final weapon
helmet-nothing-red headband(recommended)-circlet(you should, till zak)-zak helm
shield-nothing-shenarian shield(I believe royke can only equip that shield)
armor-nothing-to hunter top(the more expensive one in night shop)-ice cape-divine armor
have the more expensive one in night shop because royke needs highest defense as much as possible, and buying the cheaper one is just waste of like 5k. You should wear headband because it gives dex and defense. later on, royke's armors should always be updated by better ones as fast as possible, because he lacks a shield defense.

I think you mixed up on some things...
In Zeru's

-The last sentence is "But you wouldn't miss twice in a row I assure you that much." which would apply to the DEX build as this contradicts to the former sentence.
-One of the cons is "3.slower at getting skills(mostly because there are hardly any dex skills)" which seems to be for a DEX build.

DEX build,
-"most of soul rages will proabably be weaker than str build." Soul rage is not affected by the builds, it takes attributes from both stats and therefore the build you choose is irrelevant for SR. Therefore, Burn and Explosion will always do the same damage regardless of the chosen build. "4.weaker SR attacks" should also be removed.
-"3.faster at getting skill" same as my first point, you mixed them up here.

umm idk, im just thinking to do it in one big post, and also upload the link for people who would just to have the txt file. Meta said I should give them both options, and i'm planning to. Just gotta add royke and srene and it will be done.....polish up everything spelling grammar w/e it needs to be fixed. I might add xeru but ..I'm kinda lazy. I need a file that was saved right a teh bignning file of xeru, and the part in elnath.

Alright. Now for the stat guide, GJ on some of the things, but the final weapon is not the myth claw. Lol. There's a few other upgrades too.
Can you make the atk, def, spd (turn based), avoid, and stuff like those formulas? :D
It'll be helpful. Do that for the weapons too. Or find 1 str = how much extra damage. Each level gives you +1 all stat as well.

err, damamge calculation will be hard for me, but I'll try. Becasue it doesn't always do a certain number of damage, soemtiems they do 1k sometimes they do 1.1k. And for myth I never said that, I just said myth claw would be good until you get final weapons o.o what are you talking about o.o
