Since Golden Sun Dark Dawn is released a few days ago I wanna ask you if you tested it yet?!

I didn't notice this thread before posting on the fact one...
Oh well, I tried downloading from two sites and also tried two emulators (DeSmuMe and NO$GBA) and it worked on DeSmuMe, kinda. However the audio doesn't work and I just hear something like a fixed low-frequency tone.

So yeah... if anyone downloads the ROM and gets it to work please tell me. Otherwise, I might have to wait until the 3DS comes out and buy it then.

EDIT: Yea I see it works on DeSuMe but you need to patch the rom to get the graphics fixed and the sound.
I got an r4 so it works great.

uhh for that one the guy has patches for the actual flash carts which you have to buy in rl.
and the game, but i dunno if that works on its own.

BTW tried no$gba 2.6a and obv dont work, desmume dont work for me either.

I'm currently downloading http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8GII1WAL which according to that guy should work.
Edit: I get the same sound problem after the initial screen, when writing the name of the main character.

apparently it should work but im having no luck with it.

EDIT: amg, tried desmume 9.6 and it worked but at the
name input screen right at the start theres this loud annoying ass
screeching noise >.>

ive experiemented with no$gba and stuff and it dont work,
so you have to use desmume as a emulator :(

I have no idea what is with all of those extra folder things.... Where's the rom? :( Oh well. Doesn't matter. Too busy with school life again anyway... I am going to watch someone get the rom and LP the game instead. xD

I don't know if this works for you but I think you may try it o-o

lol all I had to do was open and close ini file and then it worked
oh well ty for link i guess.

this goes for me like final fantasy VII xD but its 3D just a bit

lol, I think using desmume would still be better though since there are still
errors like the starting screen flickering the same screen and some of the intro is
just blacked out. also the text box is fked for zoomer.

I don'T have any problems :P
