| During the schoolday, my teachers talked about the earthquake that Hit Japan and then Hawaii and then California. The earthquake was a 8.9 on the ritcher scale. That's a huge E-quake. ._.'' | |

| Not to mention their power plant is about to burst. Which really sucks and means more deaths, but it also means contamination. We might need to help out or donate well like we did in Haiti in our school, but atleast it happened in Japan one of the most safest countries that are prepared for natural disasters. | |

Although some people say Japan wasn't prepared for this. T.T Maybe not for an earthquake AND Tsunami, but their big buildings are, well for earthquakes because they designed them to sway with the earthquake or something that makes it not get destroyed.

| I'm pretty sure very few buildings were prepared for an 8.9 earthquake, and without any repairs, to be hit again by continuous aftershocks and a 10m tsunami. But I agree that it would've been even worse if it had hit another country like china or south east asia. | |

If it hit the east side of Canada, then it might hit the bottom side of US. Also, it couldn't hit the east side unless it comes out of the middle of the ocean (plate boundaries). Hope those people in Japan are alright.

| Well... I just have a lot of stuff to do. I do go on here every day or every other day at most to check on the posts, I just don't post as often as I used to.
In Vancouver, we have been waiting for a big earthquake for about 300 years... so my guess is that it will happen soon.

Then I'll be affected too probably, unless the Earthquake is small. OT: I heard that the attacks on the earthquake now spurred hydrogen plants to explode. Some of them are melting. Others are gone. Radiation is released, and 50 people are sent (without knowing the names of those 50 chosen ones) to fix the plants and cool them down.

I heard that too and the earthquake California is expecting isnt small, but not as big as Japan also radiation is reaching Cali tomorrow but dont worry its not high so we wont get affected unless you stay out the whole day.
