Well, yeah. Closed beta ends on the 29th, so you can either join now (and if you're a grinder, try and hit 30) or join open beta and start playing.
I'm probably gonna end up playing all characters (i made all of 'em now, to try) but i'm still gonna main elsword atm : 3

join, it's like grandchase but more fun. gonna be a bit annoyed by the char. wipe, but oh well.
on a side note, who's gonna try dragon nest when nexon releases it's beta? (+1 to mmo count, not necessarily a good thing ;D)

arent the characters practically counterparts of elesis, lire, and arme from gc?

elsword looks better then gc from what I can tell.
I haven't actually played it though so yeah..

people consider it the sequel to GC. It is better imo, pvp is better i think (NO GRABSSSSS), looks better, kinda crazy i 'spose?

Elsworth seems pretty good, keeps my pressing random buttons fast in check. xD
But... there's alot of damage ranges... O_o

always hated that in gc sometimes lol

quick overview of game mechanics and such-
Think of it like dio's and chao's controls, you skill with asdc and normal attack with zx. Z is light(elsword) or melee (others) while X is heavy(elsword) or magic (others). arrows take mp... >.> You can set it so you see your combo tree while attacking, which is amazingly useful. potion - buff drops from buffed enemies and boxes, etc. etc. i have about 440% to go till 30 on my elsword, then i get free good stuff at obt :D
