| If you mastered refining in the previous version, and talk to the guy with Rank 1 refining, you get a new skill [Refining Rank: 1] Along with what you already have [Refining Rank: (insert the rank you have now)]
For me I have Rank mastery.
So if I go and talk to everyone, I get back the 1 skill Ranking Refinery.
