| Get jump boots from Ellinia Advanced Dungeon.
At Morning time ingame go to the ledge of Orbis Park I and JUMP! At Night time ingame, go to Orbis Park I ledge (located to the right on top of the stairs) and JUMP!
By the way, Jump = press spacebar or C
