Picture help

I'm using Window 7 and i hold Fn and press F 4. Nothing happens OR it goes somewhere that isn't my desktop

That key shortcut for windows 7 is to connect to a projector / TV your computer is hooked up to.

For one, this is in the wrong section: unless this pertains to either of the Final Stories in any way, this should be in the Off-Topic of General Chat section. We don't bias questions there just because they're there, so don't hesitate to put them in the right place.

Why are you pressing Fn + F 4? Do you want to do a screen shot? (Ctrl + Prt Sc, open paint, Ctrl + V). Or maybe embed images on the forum? [iimg] ~Insert img url~ [/img] (Exact same HTML code, just remove the extra i in the first "img" because I can't post that without the forum thinking it's a picture.)

For future reference you can use the [code] bbtag
and it wont show the pic.

Paint will not consist of using a URL at all. If you want to do that, use

Image in paint right? If it is it says copy but its not url. (it doesn't say copy url)

Okay, no, not right. Tell me what you're trying to do. If you want to get a Screen Shot, use paint. If you want to embed an image on these forums, you need the URL.

i'm trying to copy the url ^^^ i got the picture but need the url

If you have the picture opened in Paint, then you have to upload it to a site first (i.e. Imageshack, TinyPic) and then get the URL there.
