It makes guides hard to understand and comprehend.

A run-on sentence is a sentence that has multiple complete thoughts but without a "splitter," id est, something to separate the thoughts into cohesive sentences.
Run-on sentences can also be used to describe sentences that are TECHNICALLY "split" correctly, but have so many thoughts it's just a pain in the bum to read.
The best way to avoid a Type B is to just make them into two sentences.

TYPE A RUN-ON SENTENCE (Multithought): "I like pie cakes is good cheesecake is good too."
CORRECT: "I like pie and cake. Cheesecake is good too." OR
"I like pie, cake, and cheesecake as well." OR
"I like pie and I like cake and cheesecake is good too." <~ This borders on being the second type.

TYPE B (Overuse of Conjunctions): "I think that water is good for your body but soft drinks taste better but then energy drinks are sort of like a mix but then energy drinks have sugar.." -- ad infinitum.

Just work on it and you'll become a grammar master just like me! (lolololno)

First line fragment !
The second line is a run on Sentence, Putting a comma without a conjunction does that
The third line is also a run on, Know that. And also Don't Capitalize Random Things.

"I Like pie, cake, and cheesecake as well." can only be used if one mentions something of their preference in the previous sentence or paragraph that has some sort of relation to this topic now.

Another thing, you might want to fix your dividers. Some split when the window is restored down, making it harder to read.
