Official Elite Group Requirements and Application Format

Elite Group Requirements:

Must have at least 500 posts (or been active for at least a year)
Must show adequate maturity (at least the amount I show on the forums. Come on, that isn't much to ask.)
Must have at least 10 moderator points (If you have 33 or more, ignore the next requirement)
Must have at least a 5:1 ratio of moderator points to warning points
Must have a clear ban record
Must have written at least 2 USEFUL guides (i mean guides that actually help, no random bs guides or making a guide that already exists, unless it's clear that the guide needs reforming and the person who wrote it is inactive)

Of course, there might be the occasional exception but most of the time, no.
