I looked through the guides section but couldn't find an AP build guide like I did for Final Story 1. Is there one?

No.

If you're talking about damage output, mobbing skills will forever be inferior to 1v1 skills. (Damage-per-monster wise)

However, if you mean that eventually, the mobbing builds will be equal to the 1v1 builds in doing 1v1 damage, then you're right.
Because in Final Story II, after a certain point in the game, you will be able to Rebirth, or reset your level to 1 to get another (98*5)490 AP to go into a stat.
But yes, since the top-tier 1v1 skills draw from both stats equally, it doesn't matter what build you have when using them. But eventually, all builds will just be pointless because you have potential to get max stats in everything.

Zeto, Aria, Luna, and Evelyn is part of FS III. Lol
Angel ray is an SR skill, JS. If you count deadly slash and comet bolt, you might as well count Triple Slash and Falling bolt. They're in the same 'tier' rank.

actually i was wondering why did he putFSIII cast too but it helped me in FSIII :P
