I have no clue what to do when a boss uses this...

Look at the action. If it goes from left to right then hold right on your keyboard/keypad. If it goes from down to up, hold up. If it goes from up to down, hold down. If it goes from right to left, hold left. You see those 4 direction keys? Just press whatever you see the movement going through.

Also, there are times when your screen is blocked by something and you can't see what direction to hold. That means you have to turn up your volume. The sounds in which direction it attacks change.

if you have red world/underworld version of the cities unlocked they should be in henesys or around hein's castle.
