Final Story III V0.15 Bug - Netulous Route I

When I go into Netulous Route I and then press "A" (Button for AP Distributor"
It gives me this :

More like, it happens every time I press A when I level up to 33 on any character.
Press "A" = Error and I've also noticed that when I try to access the menu (Pressing X) in Unicus City or the routes, it does nothing...

Netulous route?

I assume it's Nebulosus. I just check there and I don't see any problems. Can you be more specific on the right map and place? Preferably the map before the crash.

Ok here is what I did (IN ORDER)

First I load my save

Second I go out of town to Netulosus Route (Isn't it Nebulosus? It says it's Netulosus Route when I go out of town)

Third I walk around to encounter monsters

Fourth I battle them

Fifth I level up

Finally, I press A in the same place as 2nd image and then comes up

wait how did you get soul arrow storm? are you a hunter or sniper O-O?

ON TOPIC: try extracting the folder again and retry if it occurs dont know whats the problem

I have resolved this bug.
It seems that the whole map will not allow you to use AP Distributor, Item Menu, Monster Book and Warp Crystal if you have not beaten the map boss.

I figured this out because when I was in Nebulosus Route, I decided to beat the girl from The Organisation (Forgot her name) and then after I beated her, I was able to use AP Distributor, Warp Crystal, Monster Book and the menu.

Ok I think I got it. Also It's Nebulosus but due to the font I used it seems to say Netulosus I will try to edit it out so it becomes a bit more clear.
