| Where do I find the city inside the forest?
I have been wandering around the noctiluscent forest for hours and didn't trigger any event.
I already got the pendant too though. | |

| It should be the first map outside of Noctiluscent where you can exit to the upper-right. A prompt should ask you if you want to reveal the pendant. | |

| Does it cancel my use of the pendant once I have already entered the forest after getting the pendant during the version where the forest arc hasn't been added yet? T_T

You have to completely finish the sea arc to go in. | |

| Go back to the queen's palace in Reiphe talk to her and walk back out normally.
You probably used the Warp Crystal right after you finished the convo. | |
