| So I've been trying to look for the FSIII cast in the City of Time for the past couple days, and I've circled the city over 20 times already while spamming the talk button at places where I would think people are hiding (behind houses, trees, etc.) but I cannot find any of the FSIII cast at all.... Whenever I talk to the clock, all it says is 1/8, which I'm assuming means that I've only found 1 person so far.
Can anyone help me out and show/explain to me where the FSIII characters are?! I'm going crazy over this and I really want to start FSIII !!! F4 P.S. I'm running FSII 0.53

| You actually have to find them in order, it seems. For reference, in all of my directions, the "Center Building" is the one you run into the moment you enter the City of Time and go up. It's the biggest building in the city. 2/8: - Spoiler:
Luna. She's on top of the Center Building. Go to the left of the Center Building and go up the stairs, then jump across the rocks to reach her.
3/8: - Spoiler:
Aria. She's actually right next to the clock, to the left. She's hiding behind a bench.
4/8: - Spoiler:
Evelyn. Go to the far-north side of the map. Do NOT exit the "City of Time" map but rather circle around the outside of the town walls along the right. You'll find her there.
5/8: - Spoiler:
Klaire. Go to the far-west side of the city, then go down. Klaire will be looking out onto the ocean in plain sight.
6/8: - Spoiler:
Ethan. He's hiding behind the Center Building. He's hidden behind a tree as well
7/8: - Spoiler:
Silvie. From the center building, head east. You should see a little plaza with people sitting at tables and benches. Silvie is at the back of this plaza hiding behind a tree.
8/8: - Spoiler:
Ellis. Remember my instructions for Evelyn? Go to the north then circle along the right? This time, go to the north then circle along the LEFT.

Thanks! So I've been chipping away at this arc and after spending a solid 40/50 minutes on - Spoiler:
last transformed(?) zeto battle
just to lose, I don't really feel like doing it all over again lol. Is the completion of this secret chapter part necessary to understand what goes on in FSIII? Also, is there a feature in FSIII that lets you transfer your inventory/items/characters over there? If so, would skipping out on this secret chapter put me behind in terms of items/equips when I start FSIII and transfer the save file over?

| You can play FSIII without playing FSII to understand the story. There's a few references here and there but nothing important. Also, you can't transfer FSII things to FSIII. FSIII is pretty much a game of its own. | |

| Thanks guys. So I have another question about FSIII now, but I didn't want to start a new thread about it since I already just made this one. I'm at the - Spoiler:
awakening arc where Ethan (magus), Aria (cleric), Zeto (acolyte), and Klaire (hexer) is in my party, and I'm about to face off against Charles. I've tried many different methods to defeat them, but they always end up outspeeding me and using their thunder/ice/fire skills before I get the chance to use the appropriate aura after they use magic charge. My approach to this battle is using single target skills to try to kill the top Charles first so he stops soul draining my party, but I can't even kill him before the 3 Charles destroys my whole party. Not really sure what to do here :/ My current party is around level 45-50, with the best gear attainable so far at this point in the game. Do I need to level up more? I'd appreciate any strategies y'all might have when it comes to defeating him, I've been at this a whiile now and it's starting to get frustrating D:

| - Spoiler:
There is a really cheap trick you can use to defeat Charles, which only works if Ethan's a Soul Magus and you happen to have him. Before you fight Charles, fill up Ethan's SR/Overdrive Gauge and use Soul Reflect EX. If you saw Charles attacks, he uses Demi, which does 50% of the current HP damage to a target, ignoring their defenses. That attack is also a spell, which can be reflected, along with his World Spells. If this doesn't work, then you have no choice but to grind to 55+.

did the trick, thank you!!! Do you also have any strategies for - Spoiler:
Bob's wasp bomb? I can't seem to kill it fast enough within the 30 seconds, and there's no soul react skill to use against it...

Derp :s - Spoiler:
You're right, there is a soul react on the newest member. I thought soul react would apply to all members of the party like it did for Charles battle, but I guess not. Thank you so much, I'll keep this in mind for future boss battles!

So I just defeated fake god Zure & his buddies, and after we defeated him Zeto ......stabs Nayu? Yeah, I'm pretty confused here, did I just get the bad ending? I'm back to normal gameplay now, Zeto has the luchia and everyone's skills, and I have no idea what to do now....

That's the normal end. After that event you're free to do anything you want. You can't trigger the true end at this point. Unless you trigger the true ending you can continue the game's story.

Unless you trigger the true ending you can continue the game's story. Aw dang it, that's a bummer, I really wanted to progress with the story and it kind of sucks to hear that it just stops here for the normal end =[ Do you know if I have to restart the entire game again to get the true ending? Or is it decided at a specific point in the game?

| It's decided before you fight the final boss. At that point if you do things correctly and meet the requirements you can achieve the true end. After that the story continues. | |

Sorry for the super late reply, haven't had time to play ever since, so I'm picking back up where I left off, which was at this part. - Spoiler:
Do you mean melody and the 2 girls from Reiphe? I walked around the whole world looking for female NPC's to talk to, but none of them gave me any amulets :/ I initially thought it was either Azura or Aura who escaped from the hospital, but no dice. Oh wait you're referring to the part where Aura wants the Reiphe amulet and stones right? If so do you have any idea where to get the white and purple stones? ._.

| Actually kind of a necropost/off topic considering, but I guess I'll let it slide! I suppose there's no real need to waste more forum space, huh? Well, hmmm.... They should give mods the option to fork a new thread from a post. zeru pls add Anyways, I intended to be as vague as possible because finding them yourself is part of the fun! - Spoiler:
chat up women = You're on the right track for one of the girls. The other...hmm, how should I say this? She's someone that helped Zeto...in both worlds. Even at the disaster, she gave her all for him. Wonder why?

Thank you for the tip! It really made me put on the thinking cap, but I'm still having some troubles. - Spoiler:
Okay so this other girl HAS to be Azura based on your hint. I'm trying to read between the lines and figure out the reason why she helped Zeto out as you have prompted, so I'm piecing everything I know about her together and trying to find a connection. All I know about her at this point in the game about her is (in chronological order):
1. She assisted in the research on how to physically enter Nayu's world back in Terra's memories at the real world. Here, she also stated that she already entered Nayu's world. Since she was able to leave Nayu's world to help with Azure corp's research, she must have had no burdens upon leaving. Maybe during her stay at Nayu's world, she saw something that made her realize that Zeto is important, which made her to save him during the earthquake for no apparent reason.
2. She helped Zeto out during the earthquake at the real world. It's said that her body wasn't found alongside Zeto & classmates. So she's either dead in the real world (which I think is unlikely considering the emphasis of her role in the game so far), or.... she's in Nayu's world somehow, which can explain why she didn't get her memories wiped at Nayu's world.
3. She helped Zeto solve his friends burdens at Nayu's world. She also seems to not have her memories reset between the real world and Nayu's world because when I talk to her, she states "You're all here." and that Zeto has "something important to do", implying she knows what Zeto is doing, and that him and his party is conscious that they are in Nayu's world (as opposed to being 'NPC's').
4. Kind of irrelevant and I don't think it'll really add to anything, but she kind of looks like Aura & Vita
From the first three points, my answer to your tip on why she gave her all to help Zeto in both the real world and Nayu's world is: because she knows everything about Zeto, his significance in saving the world, and what he's trying to do.
My theory is that she lost her physical body at the real world during the earthquake somehow and now resides in Nayu's world, hoping that Zeto saves the world and helps her recover her physical body in the real world. So going on that, I assume I need to help her out (in hopes she gives me the damn purple and white stones as a reward). But I have no clue how to help her out.
Maybe I'm overthinking this and my theory is totally off about her (it'll be hilarious if she actually has a totally different role in the game from what my theory is about her), but I have no other leads on her to progress the story line. Sorry if it seems like I'm asking y'all to spoon feed me, I've tried doing some critical thinking as you can see, but I think I'm just digging myself deeper in the hole and further complicating things lol.

That's a lot of thinking for what I intended as a simple hint! Azura's the correct answer, but she only gives you one of the stones. Just talk to her to see what you need to do for her.
The other stone...well, who's commonly associated with the color purple?

- Spoiler:
Thank you very much! The only reason I did so much thinking was because Azura keeps saying the same thing she did even before I gave Aura the amulet, so I was a bit confused. But upon further research I realized there's not only 2 'hidden town side quests', but 3- which I do indeed have more questions to shoot at you guys about lol. So I guess I need to do the Altocumulus hidden town thing before Azura triggers her quests then.
I saw one of your comments hinting it's where Lice is, so I read your guide on finding Lice and it states "From Altocumulus Route 2, stick to the far-right and go through the path. Navigate around the map into the cave, then go Right, Middle, Right, Left, Left, Middle."
I'm a bit confused here. When you say "From Altocumulus Route 2, do you mean you start from the top of route? Or the bottom? And the cave you're referring to is the one that connects Altocumulus route I and Altocumulus route II right (I've tried looking for a hidden one but couldn't find it)? and I'm not really sure what go right, middle, right, left, left, and middle means :s. Does it mean I press right once, go back to the middle spot, tap right again, then tap left, tap left again, then go back to the middle spot?
Again, thank you so much everyone for your help!

| If you finished the Asphen arc it should let you get to the final hidden city if you go through the cave, instead of teleporting you back. | |

Thank you! I never knew the completion of the arena was required in order to finish the Asphen storyline. All my questions have been answered, and I'm not enjoying myself to the Hope arc! (even though it's so difficult lol)
