| I have not been stuck on a single boss up to this point, but Charlie is O.o. I have no clue how I am supposed to win against these guys.
It slows my whole party, while he quickens his party, he drains about 600 mana from each one of my team with one shot, and expects me to cast a shield that costs 100 mana that lasts for like 2 turns. (Klaire and Zeto's full mana is like 800~900ish) >_>
My team's level is about 46-48, and has the Uncinus armor full set. (I think that's the best armor+weapon you can get up to that point) Plus I don't think the trick to solve this problem is in leveling up because if it drains my mana+health faster than what I can regenerate using pots, there's no point of leveling up. Are there any tips for this?

Darn...there goes my advice to level up just a bit more rip.
If I remember correctly, Charlie is entirely magic-oriented. You have Magus!Ethan, who in my opinion is a godsend against any magic-oriented enemy ever. As a Magus, Ethan has access to a very useful SR skill - Soul Reflection EX, which reflects anything magic. I think what I did in that battle was I immediately used this SR so I can get some free uninterrupted turns to deal damage before the Reflection buff runs out. Try that strategy and see if it works.
If you've found some of the secret bosses already and got some accessories, I'd recommend equipping the Haste Ring for your entire party (you could also put a Priority Ring on Ethan so he can use the SR asap).
Since you're already in Awakening Arc, I guess it'd be in your best interest to unlock the Hallway of Reminiscence and visit the tree in the middle of the lake at the Silver Rod School. It might help.

Honestly grinding up as many levels as you can without losing your mind is a pretty viable strategy here too, the extra hp/stats helps a ton. I think I got up to mid-50s? Remember to use the Soul React to keep your auras up, they help with surviving his hits a lot. Focus all of your attacks on one at a time, once one guy drops it is significantly easier to take out the rest. Also, expect to spend many attempts fighting him as his battle unfortunately relies a lot on chance.
If you had Zeto - Paladin, another strategy would be to have him cast provoke and aegis guard, which makes it a bit easier to live through the storm as he takes significantly less damage from the single target spell.
You can also try getting really lucky with Soul Rave Ex to try and get tons of hits in. This is a strat I highly abused with Ellis's Shadow Soul Step throughout the game. Being able to one shot or do half of a bosses HP in one go makes the fights easier, but restarting over and over may get tedious :P
Honestly this guy is a pain to fight. I have no idea why he was given his gimmick but it definitely makes his fight in my opinion the hardest in the game. - Spoiler:
Up until the post-game arc at least, I haven't played through that yet
I spent far fewer attempts trying to beat the final boss than I spent on this one. | |

Alright, thanks for the advice. Definitely not required, but every level that you grind means you have to rely on rng less. I'd still recommend you level to at least 50 though, as this is probably the hardest fight you'll have down there. | |

| Yeah, the rings will help a lot. Priority and Haste are the ones I recommend strongly for now, especially the latter. | |
