I tried the rank S arena and got into the last match, the team is called Team Angel Wings , and their level is totally different from the others from the previous matches. I get knocked out in the first turn . Is there any tips in defeating them?

Rank S arena is actually quite difficult. By difficult, I mean, the first two rounds are meant to be there to prove that Team Angel Wings is like the ultimate team.
There's really no easy way to defeat them. Even after maxing out each character's HP and AGI, the battle is still somehow dependent on chance because it's a 2v2.
If you have the Nature Book accessory, and you've invested time to max out Aria or Capelle (or both), that might be a viable strategy. Powerful healing (especially AoE healing) is extremely vital in getting as close to consistent wins as is possible. All you need now is a character with insane burst DPS (like Zephiel, Capelle, Zeto, Silvie, etc.) and you're good to go. Luze is also a viable option, as her transformation is the most powerful one (and she can transform when she's low too), and all the enemies at Rank S are weak to transformation attacks.
