If you've already completed the game, sadly all the choices aligned and you've missed the opportunities to get Capelle and Zephy.
Here's where they were supposed to be obtained back:
1. Luze vs Capelle at Sacred Garden
2. Zephy scene at a hidden laboratory in Hollow Nest's second map

No, there's an alternate event where she doesn't dies in that battle. It has something to do with Luze's behavior depending on her "form". | |
