Has anyone ever won a game of blitzball or something like that in FF? if so can u tell me some hints to win?

i used to play every lunch breake with my friend, 6 years ago and we were winning all the time at blitz ball, but i dont remember lol, try to make lots of passes and get your way to the net

What I did was hire Brother (Rikku's brother I think).
When you start the game pass it to him and just swim around with brother )since he is a very fast swimmer) and try to get all your opponents following you. Then when they're all following you go for the goal and shoot. =]
