I belive it is one type of rock= one kind of ore, not sure if Zeru changed it tho. The rocky looking pillar gives bronze while the crystalline looking one gives iron. | |

But I ended up just going back to the temple. Bit of a nuisance but once you get into the temple takes literally 2 minutes to get the ore and use a return to lith scroll and voila. | |
