You will need to go to the final dungoen and do the quiz till the platform that ask you a question...

(that i 4gotten but i know its the 2nd/last question).. When you reach that platform, LOOK! A crystal!

The crystal gives you the party heal that you asked for and the mp usage is 400. (Its worth the heal.)

I don't think party heal is 400 mp usage..

party heal does cost 400 mp, and heal can be obentained by magic slash
also party heal is part of the story and you get it in the last dungeon.
