Save Problems

Every time when I save my file, close the game, and reopen it, the save file does not appear. How do I keep my save file?

That was quite confusing but that's me. Mind giving me more detail on that? F2

I save my game into a file. I close the game. The next day, I start the game. The save file has disappeared. (If this helps, I have to extract the game every time I play, don't know why.)

So to me it seems like what you are saying is that every time you play you have to extract the .rar to your final story folder correct?

EDIT:Make sure that save1.rxdata is in the folder.

If you need to extract everytime you play, then that's the problem. I think what you're doing is this:
-Opening the .rar
-Double clicking Game.exe

Instead try doing this:
-Open the .rar file
-Click "Extract To"
-Select the location you want and click OK. (ie. My Documents)
-Play the game from the extracted folder; NOT the .rar

That should (hopefully) solve your problem. Unfortunately you won't be able to recover previous saves. If it doesn't work try finding a file named "Save1.rxdata" or similar and make sure it is in the FinalStory folder.

You know what else I hate? When people post in a thread that's like 2 months old. LOOK AT THE DAM DATE. It was way down in the list anyway, don't you figure it's an old thread? Especially when the thread has already reached a natural closing point.

ehh, too lazy unless it's urgent. scrolling through a drop down with a touch pad is excrutiating. btw if you explain to me how you got those 2 warning points and have a good excuse, I might take em away.

Ok There was a thread and someone made a misleading thread title and said hi. THEN I said "might get warning points but hi" the true meaning was to tell HIM that he may get warning points and as he said hi I responded with a hello. Then planet or another mod thought me as supporting it and gave me warning points o.o. Then there was a big fight on it so I ignored it =/.

well actually it was me >.<, and no you didnt ignore it at first but anyways, yeha you should take that warning points out, and uh planter only gave you 1 warning points o.o

Yeah at first I got upset on it and planet gave me 1 and pk or w/e gave me another =/.

Wow...long argument. O_O Either way, thanks for the help guys. It doesn't matter that much to me cause I haven't made it that far anyways.
