night armor seller

well ive been looking around for about an hour and a half trying to find the guy that sells armor.
Can anyopne give me a better hint than hes between towns? ive looked like everywhere unless hes in some hidden street i dont kow about. please post and hint that can help. F2

no not the guy in lith there is suppose to be another one somewhere between 2 cities that sells good armor but i cant find him thats what i need help with finding

theres a total of 4 secret shops, lith harbor one was from v0.01
then it's the perion one, ellinia one, and the one between TOWN and TOWN.
