I need help because this doesnt make sence

Alright well i try to open Finalstory and it says its ither down or its my internet but its not my internet because im typeing this right now, i know its up because my freind told me so what is going on, and i keep randomly getting kicked from the game.

This isn't the private server "Final Story" This is the RPG Final Story which is a mix of Final Fantasy and Maple Story.
