In the game the characters can have a skill build too.
Here are the possible builds.

PURE str Zeru = good vs one monster high dmg not too good vs mobs.
PURE dex Zeru = good vs a mob of monsters not too good vs one.
Balanced str/dex build = I had not tried this build yet but you can try it XP
The builds won't affect much on SR skills since they are balanced in both status.
