It's still a lot, even if he's not in highschool. Difficulty for a subject is relative to your grade and what you have learned before.

shiz...next year im ganna die. Im ganna have 4 AP classes and 2 honor classes...(I'm a sophomore right now) I skipped a grade because i was so brainy, but now i dont feel so brainy anymore....craps, i gotta prepare a lot for junior year so i can try slacking off a little...

Schools themselves aren't "hard", it's just that some teachers give more work than others. That would actually make them better teachers as long as the projects/homework are interesting or at least non-repetitive, and that it's not in excess.

In El Salvador I used to go to the best school in the country and damn, it was very time consuming, but that does not necessarily make it hard, all teachers just expected a lot from their students. We had 16 subjects a year... Maybe that's why I feel school here is easy .-.

Sadly, there are not that many "AP" courses in my school, they're only for grade 12 students and they difference is that they're for people who want to "skip" a class for university, I will take AP Chemistry, Physics, Calculus and Psychology next year, since those are the only ones that my current school offers, other than that I've taken Math Honors 10 and currently I'm in Math Honors 11. I still have no idea what those AP courses are for in the US.
