Can someone help me in the water templei am doing to one with water boots but i cant find any portals that transport me to that cave [center]

You can't find any portals.... there are so MANY! How can't you find a portal?
Anyway the portal is not near the entrance, you have to walk right for a long time, and also look in the guides section. There should be a detailed one somewhere.
