Soul Blitz?

Well, it said it in NeoFrost's skill guide for FSIII
I've used Soul Break Second for like... a lot of times already but I still haven't received the skill "Soul Blitz"
Any help?

spended like 3 hours to get Soul Impact (i was a paladin not an acolyte :P) but was worth it for that damage

Got Soul Burst before reaching the "Library" so I just clicked the Paladin Book, Artillery Book, Cleric Book and Hunter Book (I have 2 save files EXACTLY the opposite jobs, thanks to you for making me the save file ~ I'm able to tell which one of them is a better class now :D) My opinion is Valiant Soul Slash (I think that's what the Acolyte Book contains..._

i might make a opposite class save file but maybe later since im busy these days with school
i only make time for a new version of FSIII :D
