At this point, the best training spot is sadly the World Hollows. This is a perfect opportunity though to get the Hollow equips for each of the Hope Arc members. Also if you haven't already, I suggest grabbing some extra rings from the secret bosses.
However, if you do have a Dominator!Hexia, you could make a trip back to the forest just outside Intortus Town and find the secret boss there and spam Fear Me! and Die for Me! on him till you level up like mad. I guess whatever suits for you the best lol. Good luck~
