| Ok I am confused. The skill guide says drizzle arrow is learned through the str build. But is drizzle for mobbing? I only went dex for ryoke for mob and according to that guide ryoke learns strafe o.o. Can someone clear this up? | |

| I've explained that in my guide lol.
Anyways, you get Drizzle and Rain arrow through Arrow Blow and Charged Arrow. Drizzle Arrow is based on DEX and Rain Arrow on STR and DEX but my DEX Royke did a little more damage.
Is that clear or my sloppy writing just confused you more? D: | |
