There would be BLOCKED places then. :P You can't go through walls. The shoes only lets you walk on air, not really high up... UNLESS ITS A OPTIONAL HIDDEN Treasure?! :O
I think I was able to use those shoes in lith harbor even though I didn't get them yet. O_O
I could walk through the arena place by walking <<<< or >>>>> to shortcut to the lith harbor dungeon. Werid...

Actually, there is a WALL on the Lith harbor Arena entrance on the bottom. So that means it has height. If Zure and friends can walk through that, (on the upper sides where there is grass/green stuff) doesn't that mean they are "Flying"?

Alchemy relates more to the mass and energy conserving theory, decomposing reconstructing things... so I'd rather call them Hover Boots (like on OoT! ). :D

maybe he ment alchemy as the hermit skill from MS
so those boots would increase pot usage to 150%
so mp pot for 100 mp would recover 150 mp.

also the efect of atk potions and fish items will have 150% durration,...
meaning something like something that last,s for 3 turns will last for 4 or 5 turns

how about healing boots, restore's 50 hp every turn to tha character wearing it,...
and maybe same for mp, mana boots ?

but if you dont like it maybe make it like it heals about 10 mp/mp each step you take
(outside of battle's) though that could be abused,...
