how do i escape from battle in finalstory II

hello , it been a while since i post , and about finalstory II newest version i couldnt escape normal battles like a wild slime appear and so forth , i was wondering if we can escape normal battles in this newest version or we cant escape?

If you file transfered you need to go to lith harbor and talk to a npc near the restaurant.
If did not file transfered you get it automatly once party member joins.
