It's not like I failed, my computers always got errors that ended up deleting all 3 of my games and I just gave up after that.

err i have all of those but idk how to really make a game like the procdures and stuff...

#4 : some experience in coding or using the system

I would suggest to get the boring stuff out of the way first (that's how I always started). Meaning, plan the cap level, leveling curve, characters, story and development of the story first. Then make all the equipments, items, monsters, skills and animations but remember to leave space for future expansions. After that, all you have to do is build the maps and write the events; meaning each update would be faster than if you make all the things needed per each version.

If you plan to use RPG Maker XP/VX, then yes, it is actually kind of easy to make the actual game, you just need patience, time and motivation.

i suck at uploading it because somehow all my files are corrupted

Actually you don't really need any knowledge to use rpgmaker.... and by Patience I mean from 1-2 years. Some games take that long.
