LOL zeru activated final star trans and used 99slashes of the fire dragon while using hack to make his soul rage stay at 100% and infinte turns and repeat the process of shaling

If he did, he must have stopped before character development took place.

He would be crying and begging for me to end his life now because I would not stop burning him, letting his skin heal, then burning him again while feeding him just enough to live but starve. but NeoFrost's idea is just as great. :D

If he wishes to stop the burning, I'll leave him in the winter night alone, wearing the bare necessities to survive but get frostbite... itches doesn't matter... he can't move since his arms are bound to the pole.
... Maybe we should chain his arms and legs with metal on a wall instead... that way he can't move his legs. I can't do anything about the fingers though. Anyone got a suggestion?

Don't use metal. Try something like hardy titanium, flexiglass, or Kevlar. Can't have it eroding too quick.
Plus, superglue or duct tape works great on the fingers. Also, since blood is retracted from the fingers first to keep the vitals intact, the moment those fingers frostbite and the nerves freeze, nothing will matter there anymore.
