SleepyWood Temple Guide[With bossfight guide]

Getting to the Temple

Okay, first you need to activate it by going to Henesys via Town Portal and go to the portal that first

led you to the Golem's Temple.

On the left of the map you had just entered should be a portal that was not accessible before but is now.
Enter it.

You will see a short scene where the bridge gets blown up!
KABOOOM!

After that, make your way to Kerning City where the door where you couldn't get in before is available now.

Ant Tunnel

Once you enter, you will find a person waiting for you.

He will take your items.

Don't be alarmed now, it'll be returned in due time.

You will get the option of doing a scenario. You can pick either one. However, your items will be

used if you do say yes. Not all of them, just what you use in the scenario. You'll see what I mean

when you get there.


Once you have said no/finished the scenario, you may walk through that map. There are only two

maps that are needed to get through.
Walk past those two maps and head down into Ant Tunnel I...
DUN DUN DUN!

Once you have entered, take the lower path. Keep walking and go across the river. find the switch

and activate it.

You will see a boulder drop down. Go to the boulder and you will see a portal that was hidden

before. Enter it and you'll be transported to that awesome chest where a skill page is. Refer to

Tacticsrule guide on all lost skill pages on what it is.

Now, you will enter Ant Tunnel II.

You will see two paths.

Take the lower path. Enter the cave and keep walking.

Get the chest's contents too please.

Exit the cave and you will find yourself at an island. Turn the switch. A gate will open.


Exit the island and go to the gate which is located at the top left corner.

Don't go into the gate yet, though. We need to get those special little numbers required to open the

gate.
(Normally I'd just give the numbers to you, but I think it varies from game to game...
[confirmation please?] and besides, I think it's fun to figure it out :3)



Look for the numbers in the most obvious places.

They're are all on walls that face South and the walls that have them are between rocks, have

something on them or next to crystals. Oh, btw, there's one on the island.

Once you have figured out everything, go to the gate and enter the numbers... following the

directions of course.

Now that you have entered all of the numbers, press ENTER!

Congratulations you have made it to the SleepyWood Temple!!!! :D

SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE SAVE once you get in!!!

Okay, so you might think Xeru isn't tough... that's true I beat him at like level 27.


What you might need if you're around that level are lots and lots and lots of tuna soup(Maybe around 14? )

Oh! and don't forget phoenix feathers! Bring around 20, just in case.


And, if you haven't gotten them yet, upgrade and get all of the skills!

You should be able to get the 4 skills from Grendel's assistant now that the Ant Tunnel is open.

Be sure to get some good weapons.

Don't use soul rage skills, use transformations, Serene included even if she's the healer, use heal
when they're about to die.

The extra hp will help her live a little longer as long as Xeru isn't on his massacre sprees.



Once his health is around the half way mark(where the hp bar is between the letters, 'h' and 'p'), he
will start soul raging.

Use tuna soup whenever he uses his mobbing attacks(Use it when it's Serene's turn.
She must be a healer and can always go before the opponent.)


His soul rage can one hit ko! Around 2-6k of damage each time and he uses it continuously with only a regular attack here and there.


Use the weakest character you got to revive dead characters and use the remaining characters to attack Xeru.

My priority character is Antlan if Royke doesn't have his strafe yet.

You should be able to kill Xeru if you followed the tips above.
Oh, btw! CONGRATULATIONS! You have now beaten Xeru and the Dark Star temple.
